Our client Dow Jones – a News Corporation company, is a leader in news and business information world-wide. Since 1882, the Dow Jones name has been synonymous with accuracy, integrity and trust.
The company is currently seeking a Team lead developer, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, to deliver application design, development, integration and support for web applications, web services and database applications.
This is a senior level programmer who will be making the technical decisions on projects and who will obviously program as well.
This is an exciting role for an experienced and analytical applications developer keen to develop solutions for business problems, programming specifications, support and data design.

Skills and Experience required:
• Proven history in developing consumer facing web applications
• Extensive front-end web development experience
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery and Ajax
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET and MS SQL programming will be expected
• Ideally you will have Web Design UI and UX capabilities
• Team leading experience will be considered as a big advantage
• High standard of English language and excellent communication skills as well as a strong customer focus
